I'm not as huge of a cheese fan as, say, the rest of my siblings, but I don't dislike it. Unless it's those fancy ones. We had to eat a whole bunch of kinds of cheese in a home ec class... only one wasn't totally disgusting. I don't remember which one it was.
Eh, I'm not a cheese connoisseur, so I don't really have a clue as to what I'm talking about, aside from cheddar. The sharper, the better.
Whatever it is on pizza is fine.
I really hate that nacho cheese sauce. And the cheese sauce in macaroni & cheese boxes. Guh-ross.
I guess in general, sometimes I'm good with cheese and sometimes I'm not. Not all cheese flavorings are created equal. For some things, cheese is a highly beneficial addition; for others, it is just too much for that particular food.
I think I like cheese the least of us four here on this blog.
Four sisters discussing random topics of interest... Current topic: Doodles. Post a picture (or more) feel free to explain (or not) any part you want to

Three's Cheese
Yummmmmm! I LOVE cheese. I think cheese is a wonder food. It is terribly sad that it is so fattening because it is glorious. Yes, glorious!
There is nothing like a good bleu cheese dressing... nothing like a good baked brie... nothing like Meunster or colby-jack on crackers with sausage. Too good.
Also, cheese is one of the main ingredients in my very favorite food, lasagna. Alas... I must change my cheese consumption to special occasions, as eating it as much as I want to would defeat my current weight loss goal.
But, in response to One's post... again I say: Yummmmmmm!

One Has a New Cheese Theory
My theory is that supertasters like cheese because it coats the tongue with (luscious) fat thus blocking some of the receptors and lessening the full bitter effects of certain foods. Hence, the empowering effects of a good Hollandaise sauce on asparagus, for example. (I'm not sure if this is a good example, not having tested this particular example per se.)
This theory is based solely on the two supertasters closest to me who both love cheese but find many other foods to be disagreeable.
Any thoughts?
